At Hopscnapo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium footwear purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the following policy to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
  • Condition: The items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Shoes must be in their original packaging (shoe boxes, dust bags, etc.), and tags must still be attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, or products that have been used, customized, or damaged after receipt, may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please refer to the product description for any specific restrictions.

If the item does not meet these criteria, we may reject the return, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.


2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at info@hopscnapo.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details about the product.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we verify your eligibility for return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please make sure to include the RA number on the return package.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, dust bags, boxes, and any other items that came with the original order.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same style, size, or color, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy.
  2. Once the returned item is processed, place a new order for the item you want.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or refund.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. If you received free shipping on your original order, the refund will be processed for the item price only, excluding shipping fees.

8. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, we accept returns according to the same policy outlined above. However, please note that return shipping fees and any associated customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
